About Us
Pressure Part Engineering
Pressure Part Engineering Limited formed in 2021. The company is owned by three directors, collectively with over 80 years experience in the Engineering Construction Industry sector.
Over fifty percent of this experience has been gained at management level with major companies, including AMEC, Wood Group, Alstom, Centrica and Doosan Babcock.
Pressure Part Engineering Limited is based in the North West of England and operates across all areas of the United Kingdom.
Our key services are high quality pressure fabrication of piping systems in a range of materials, diameters and wall thickness to ASME and BS EN codes, plus site installation of the same.
We can offer fully traceable procurement, fabrication, 3rd party NDT inspection and heat treatment (as applicable), pressure testing, 3rd party corrosion protection coatings and a comprehensive quality dossier.
We offer a fabrication and delivery service, or a full fabrication, delivery & installation service with the QA dossier covering either scope in a fully traceable package.
We offer a boiler tube leak emergency response call out service, with our weld procedures covering the typical range of boiler materials.
We also fabricate non pressure part components, steel ducting and steel structures (access platforms, ladders and handrail systems).
Our welding services include weld build up with 3rd party machining of shafts and flights plus hard facing of wear plates and heavy wear areas.
We also offer mechanical support with valve removal and refit (with 3rd party valve overhaul option included), vessel opening for statutory inspection, remedial works support and vessel closing on completion.
We offer air filter housing filter replacement services (excluding the supply of the replacement filters).
Pressure Part Welding
Pressure Part Engineering carry out High Integrity welding. All welders are Dual coded to ASME IX and BSEN
Multi-Disciplined Team
Pressure Part Engineering carry a Multi-disciplined Team including but not limited to High Integrity welders, Pipefitters, Fabricators and Steel Erectors.
